One Year Closer? WE HOPE SO!

A new year is literally right around the corner. Goodbye 2012, and Ayooooah 2013! 2013! One year closer to our goal of having our splendid convention in 2014! AYOOOAH! Well, we wish you all the best; please remember to have fun but be responsible, unlike our good friends the Trolls! Hahaha!

What are your New Year goals? Do you even believe in New Years Resolutions? Our Resolution here at EQTheGathering is to work together to bring us closer into finding a holt and thus for making this dream come true. Enjoy the last of 2012 everybody!

The Holiday Cheer

ElfQuest is about more than elves running through the forests, deserts, mountains, and the deepest seas. If there is one thing about EQ that I also love it's the sense of family and unity that lays deep within it - from gentle sendings between elves, to the illustrated pages. With the holidays coming up there will be a lot of hustle and bustle - shopping and cooking and stress! Trust us, we know! But if there is one thing that will never change its the love of family! And what's a holiday without family and loved ones surrounding you?

So we wish you Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year upcoming, from us here at EQtheGathering and all our other various sites, to you and the ones you love!

The Perfect Pill

What brought you to the world of ElfQuest? Was it your enduring passion for wolves? Your love of mystical creatures such as elves? Was it the beautiful drawings and illustrations by the Pini's that drew you in? The incredible plot twists and turns that kept you craving for more? Or did you just find those elves downright smexeh? For me it was all of these! I stumbled upon ElfQuest when I was just a young cub in the 2nd or 3rd grade and was hooked ever since.

Can't Wait?

Every day brings us one step closer to getting this convention up and running. Naturally it takes time and patience but that's what makes the wait all more exciting, right? Leetah Kinseeker, I, Nightfall She-Wolf, and so many others are doing our hardest  to get things up and running. Soon we will try to get The Gathering a P.O.Box address so you fans can send in questions, comments, fan art, or whatever else you so desire! The Quest for our temporary Holt is underway as of now thanks to all your requests and suggestions, and sooner or later we will have a permanent Holt to work with as time goes by. There is a lot of effort being put forth to make this experience successful - and we just want to take the time to thank you guys! Your voices are being heard; not to mention how exhilirating it is to find more and more ElfQuest fans out there who are really passionate about the series and set on having this convention! Ayoooooah to all you ElfQuest fans and naturally Mama and Papa Elf for supporting this movement!

Official Hunt for our "Holt" begins!

Shade and Sweet Water, EQ FANS! Our beloved Leetah Kinseeker has returned from her journey to New Jersey to check out a possible venue for The Gathering. And so far? We like what we see! There are many more places that we have yet to visit, so there is still no place set in stone as of yet but your voices ARE being heard! If you know any location that shows promise in being our very first and temporary "Holt" (as I have thus dubbed it) then once again give us your ideas! The ElfQuest Convention, Elfquest the Gathering, is going to need people who are creative and fun to participate in our dealer’s nest. If you’ve got talent and want to sell your ElfQuest art, writing and wares, get ready to join us and put your skills to the art of the trade.

We Need A Holt!

Greetings fellow EQ'ers! We are doing our best to make this convention happen! But in order to do that we need your help. Whatever advice, suggestions, or questions you have will be taken very seriously. We are working hard to find a location wherein this convention will take place: our very own "Holt" in terms of speaking - a gathering place for all of us to bask and reminisce in the epicness that is EQ. So far, according to popular response, the Northeast seems like the best bet for such an event. If you have any suggestions on venues, please feel free to post your knowledgeable details down! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I will help as best as I can. Let's all work together to find ourselves a "Holt".
